In her role as Director Operations, Leisa, and her operations team play an integral role in the management and support of our my mentor programs with our clients and consolidating reports on the success of these programs.

She is also responsible for finances, client administration, human resources, risk management, production and distribution, office administration and IT, including administration of the emberin website and Women’s Village portal. 

Leisa has known and worked with Maureen for over 20 years.  Prior to joining emberin in 2008 she worked in the UK for twelve years in various project management roles in Lloyds Insurance companies. 

Previously she was a paralegal and ran Barristers Chambers in Brisbane. With her combination of skills and experience at work and beyond, Leisa is a valued editorial contributor to Women’s Village, encouraging women in the pursuit of career, motherhood and self.
