Leisa Higgins has known and worked with Maureen for the last 20 years.  Prior to her career with emberin, Leisa worked for many years as a paralegal and ran Barristers Chambers in Brisbane.  More recently, Leisa has returned from 12 years in the UK where she held various project management roles in Lloyds Insurance companies. 

In her role as Director, Operations, Leisa is responsible for the Australian and Indian operations of emberin on a day to day basis, managing finances, client administration, human resources, risk management, production and distribution, IT and office administration.  Leisa, and her operations team, play an integral role in the management and support of our my mentor programs with our clients.
