When one of your team members is doing the my mentor program - help them make the most of it by taking on the my mentor manager’s challenge!

We have now had thousands of ladies complete our original program – my mentor: challenging women to step up – and they repeatedly told us that they wished their managers had understood what they were doing and had been part of the journey with them. This program has been created for the 2nd edition of my mentor to enable you to do this. After all, you want your women to be successful and you want to be a leader amongst managers and show what your team has to offer.

This is a stand-alone kit for the Manager’s of participants who are undertaking the my mentor – challenging women to make it happen full 12 module program. The program is a short course one stop pack that has been created so it can easily be done in a day, or weekend, or for someone who needs to space it out - over a week.

The program has been created specifically to complement the learnings of the participant, with up to date information to help Managers be better leaders of women and have a more rounded understanding of gender leadership. It also provides strategies for them on how to mentor women and specific information on differences between male and female styles. The program will help the Manager support their team member through the journey and it will also give them some solid strategies, tips and templates for them to use in this process. The format is flexible for Managers as we know how busy you are – you can watch it at home, listen to it in the car or on your iPod. Benefits of the program include:
