Understanding what your personal values are is critical to the fabric of your integrity. Once you know what your values are it is important to align them to your corporate values. If not, then you’re not being true and honest to yourself.

Nicole Hollows, CEO of Macarthur Coal, explains how she has been brought up to work hard and to be trustworthy and honest.  She shares her views on how she has aligned her values to employee trust, being a good leader and doing business.  One of her corporate values is about giving it a go!
