Gabrielle has considerable experience, competence and an enviable track record as a senior executive. She has developed a reputation for achieving results through strong leadership, with little fuss and with a minimum of resources.

Gabrielle has experience across a diverse range of businesses (large, small, and start-up) and industry sectors (oil, retail, health, aviation and consulting). She has had various roles including HR, marketing, logistics, as well as working as a consultant. She is well used to working as a senior executive successfully across organisational boundaries (“silos”), and in situations involving strong union involvement and where there has been a lack both of strategic clarity, and of management unity.

As an HR executive, Gabrielle reshapes organisational and individual capability and realigns it to organisational strategy so that the desired business results are achieved in a more efficient and effective way. Her particular HR focus is on outcomes as well as process.
