Jane is a corporate tax partner with over 20 years experience. She has provided advice to large and complex organisations on both Australian and international issues including structuring and financing capital investments, restructuring existing operations, funding research, joint venture issues, and ATO negotiations.

Jane specialises in the mining and energy sector. However, she also has clients in the transport and services sectors. Clients include Stanwell Corporation, Felix Resources Limited and Virgin Blue.

Jane has also had significant involvement in the not-for-profit sector. Jane served as a Director of Blue Care prior to joining the Uniting Care Board in 2005. Jane has also been a member of the Uniting Care Health Services Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, and Chair of the Community Service Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. Jane is currently a Director of Expressions for The Queensland Dance Theatre Limited.
