Vittoria joined the Commonwealth Bank group in 2002, working for Retail Banking Services (RBS) with roles in HR, Product, Marketing, Project Delivery, Strategy, Operations, M&A Transition and most recently Direct Channels.

Prior to CBA, Vittoria spent 3 years at Carter Holt Harvey (Integrated Forest Products company, at the time was third largest company on NZ stock exchange, now privately owned) as a Mergers and Acquisitions specialist and 5 years at Deloitte, mostly Corporate Finance (M&A, valuations and expert evidence for commercial litigation)

Vittoria currently heads up Direct Channels which provides our customers with the convenience of phone (Direct Banking) and internet (Online Banking) channels for their sales and service needs; a specialist service for our employees banking needs (Our Branch) and assistance for customers in financial difficulty (Collections and Credit Solutions).

Vittoria was born in New Zealand is married to Tony with two young children, Ben (6 yrs) and Will (5 yrs).
